12.1 Generelle Funktionsweise
Das EM I - Gerät verfügt über eine elektronische Zeit-
schaltuhr mit Restzeitspeicher. Über die Zeitschaltuhr
läuft die Sollwert-Eingabe die Vulkanisationszeit
(Heizzeit) nach betätigen der Starttaste rückwärts bis
zur IST-Anzeige 00.00 ab. Kommt es während der
Vulkanisationszeit zu einem Stromausfall/einer Tren-
nung des Gerätes vom Stromnetz, bleibt die verblei-
bende Vulkanisationszeit gespeichert, so dass diese
bei Wiederanliegen der Netzspannung als Restlaufzeit
automatisch abläuft.
Beachten Sie hierzu auch den Hinweis unter 12.2
12.2 Bedienung und Einstellung der Zeitschaltuhr
Nach Anschluß des EM I - Gerätes an das Stromnetz
erscheint im Display der Zeitschaltuhr die zuletzt pro-
grammierte SOLL-Wert Vorgabe (Anzeige Nr.5) einher-
gehend mit dem Symbol T ON (Nr. 7). Das System ist
somit betriebsbereit und kann nunmehr einsprechend
programmiert werden.

12.1 Functioning
The EM I vulcanizing machine is equipped with an
electronic timer with residual curing time memory.The
desired curing time is programmed on the timer. Then,
after the START key has been pressed, the curing time
shown on the upper display (display of actual value) is
counted down to "00.00". If during the curing process,
the vulcanizing machine is disconnected from the
mains or the power supply is interrupted, the remaining
curing time is memorized; after the power supply has
been restored, the curing process is automatically re-
started and maintained for the rest of the curing time.

12.2 Setting the time
After the EM I vulcanizing machine has been connect-
ed to the mains, the previously set desired value (dis-
play no.5) and the "T ON" symbol (no.7) are displayed
on the timer. Now the system is ready, and can be pro-
grammed as is required.
