Start-up Button (02_27)

When the button is pressed, the starter
motor will start the engine.

Engine Stop Switch (02_28)

This button to stop the engine should be
used only in case of emergency. It is im-
portant that you familiarize yourself with
this button so that you can use it easily in
case the throttle grip is blocked or there
are other engine problems.

ABRUPT OR EXCESSIVE ACCELERA-
TION CAN CAUSE COLLISIONS WITH
OTHER VEHICLES OR OVERTURN-
ING.
IN THE CASE THAT THE THROTTLE
GRIP IS BLOCKED OR STUCK, AL-
WAYS TURN OFF THE ENGINE USING
THE ENGINE STOP BUTTON WHICH
CAN BE FOUND ON THE RIGHT SIDE
OF THE HANDLEBARS.

Bouton du demarreur (02_27)

En appuyant sur ce bouton, le démarreur
fait tourner le moteur.

Interrupteur d'arret moteur

(02_28)
Utiliser l'interrupteur d'arrêt moteur pour
arrêter le moteur seulement en cas d'ur-
gence. Il est essentiel de se familiariser
avec ce bouton afin de pouvoir l'utiliser
promptement en cas d'enrayage de la
poignée d'accélérateur ou d'autres pro-
blèmes affectant le moteur.
