• In the event of malfunction of the FIRETRONIX firebox or combustion gas discharge circuit (obstructions or clogging), contact
your local Edilkamin dealer.

TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUSE
• Ignition failure: the temperature set
was not reached within the preset
time during the ignition stage.
• No wood loaded: this alarm is
activated when no wood has been
loaded within 15 minutes from the
time that the "LOAD WOOD"
message was displayed.
The smoke temperature has fallen
below the set temperature because
the wood has run out.
With the mimic panel enabled, the
door has been left open longer
than the allowed time.
The user attempted to disable the
mimic panel whilst the fireplace
was operating, when the smoke
temperature was higher
than the safety limit.
It turns on autonomously when the
set temperature is reached.
Faulty thermocouple.
SOLUTION
Try lighting the fire again
Try lighting the fire again after
loading some wood.
Load some wood.
Close the door.
The operation cannot be carried
out, desist and wait for a few
seconds: the system will
continue to operate normally.
