NOVA Wi-Fi PHOTOCELLS
- Attach the NOVA Wi-Fi photocells to the poles or columns about 40÷60 cm from the
ground and at a maximum distance of 10 cm from the conveying or crushing area or
immediately after the encumbrance given by a possible edge, at a maximum distance of
20 meters from the MASTER Wi-Fi FR.
- Install the receiver in a shaded area or in a position not exposed to horizontal sunlight.
- It is advisable to place the photocells at the same height and in line with each other.
- For the correct positioning of the photocells refer to their installation manual or to standard
EN12453:2017.
VERTIGO Wi-Fi PHOTOCELLS
- Attach the VERTIGO Wi-Fi photocells in the conveying or crushing area at a maximum
distance of 20 meters from MASTER Wi-Fi FR.
If you remove the power of the MASTER Wi-Fi FR for a long time, the TOUCH Wi-Fi safety strips, the NOVA Wi-Fi photocells and the VERTIGO Wi-Fi photocells
will exhaust faster than normal the charging of their batteries. Keep the MASTER Wi-Fi FR always properly fed to ensure a period of three years for the
batteries-life, as stated by RIB.
If for instance, the power to the system is cut off every night, the photocells and the safety strips will regularly and steadyly search for the MASTER Wi-Fi
FR without finding it. Therefore, the life span of the batteries may be reduce to less than one year.
If two MASTER Wi-Fi FR, installed at a distance of about 20 m from one another, are commanded simultaneously, their communication and check signals
with the accessories can overlap and interfere with each other, causing the systems to go into alarm.
SWING GATE
TOUCH Wi-Fi STRIPS
- Attach the TOUCH Wi-Fi strips in the conveying or crushing area at a maximum distance
of 20 meters from the MASTER Wi-Fi FR.
RED
- Connect the transmitter RED to a safety strip at a maximum distance of 20 meters from
MASTER Wi-Fi FR.
