6. MAINTENANCE - CLEANING – LUBRICATION
Warning! Check the levels:
• Before using the machine
• With the machine at a standstill and the engine off (for at least the past
hour).
• On a flat surface.

6.1 ENGINE

Refer to engine instruction manual.

6.2 GREASE POINTS

Every 50 hours grease the points highlighted in fig. 16:
1 Front axle joint pivot
2 Brake pedal pivot
3 3-point hitch lift arm pivot (2 grease nipples)
4. Left power lift linkage (2 grease nipples)
5. Right power lift linkage
It is advisable to use AGIP GREASE LP2 grease

6.3 OIL SUPPLIES

6.3.1 Gearbox and power lift housing

Every 50 hours check the level through plug (20, fig. 1).
It is advisable to use AGIP SUPER TRACTOR UNIVERSAL SAE 15W/40 oil.
Change oil every 800 hours. Amount needed: 29 kg approx.
Oil drain: plugs 1 fig. 17, 18, 19 (right and left).
Oil filler: plug 20, fig. 1

6.3.2 Front transmission oil

It is advisable to use AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 80W/90 oil.
Change the oil every 800 hours. Amount needed: 7,5 kg approx.
Oil drain: plug 2 fig. 20 and cover 2 fig. 21 (right and left wheel).
Fill oil: plug 1, fig. 20 and plug 1 fig. 21 (right and left).

6.3.3 Power lift and transmission oil filter cleaning

6.3.3.1 Intake oil filter
See 1, fig. 22
Clean the oil filter every 400 hours, every time the oil is changed or when the
filter clogged indicator lights comes on (10, fig. 3).
Drain the oil, remove the filter (1, fig. 22), wash with gasoline or diesel fuel, let it
dry and refit. Clean the filter after the first 50 hours.
