6.4 RADIATOR

Clean the core as necessary using a jet of compressed air from the inside
towards the outside of the radiator.
Every 8-10 hours check the level of the coolant in the expansion tank (1, fig. 23).
The correct level is halfway up the tank when the engine is cold.
It is advisable to use FIAT PARAFLU 11 fluid.
Change the coolant every two years. Amount required is about 11 litres.
Radiator drain: through the plug at the bottom left of the radiator.
To fill the radiator: add liquid to the expansion tank (1, fig. 23).
Do not open the radiator expansion tank when the engine is hot.

6.5 AIR FILTER

The filter should be cleaned once every 50 work hours and whenever the clog
warning light (7, fig. 3) comes on.
Loosen nuts on top cover (1, fig. 24). Remove the cover together with filter.
Loosen nut fastening the filtering mesh.
Clean the filter by blowing compressed air from the inside to the outside of the
filter.
Every 50 hours discharge dust, by pressing a few times on the rubber valve
under the filter.
Replace the cartridge and safety cartridge when necessary.

6.6 SEAT

If necessary, adjust seat distance with lever (18, fig. 1).
To regulate seat comfort performance, use lever (19, fig. 1). This seat type does
not include height adjustment.
