5.3.3 Brake and differential lock oil

Check level every 150 hours. The reservoir n.3 fig.9, should be three quarters
full.
Use AGIP BRAKE FLUID DOT 4
The circuit does not need and special maintenance. Just check on the oil level.
If air gets into the circuit, top up to level and then bleed the air from the brakes
by slackening off screws n.1 fig.12, on the brake shoes and pump the brake
pedal until only oil comes out.
To bleed the air from the differential lock, follow the same method: slacken off
the bleed screw on the front right and rear right side.

5.4 RADIATOR

Where a radiator is installed, clean the radiant core as necessary using
compressed air from the inside towards the outside of the radiator.
Every 8-10 hours check the level of the cooling liquid in the expansion reservoir
n.1 fig.11. With the engine cold, the level should be halfway up the reservoir.
Use FIAT PARAFLU 11
Change antifreeze every two years. Amount needed: about 6.5 liters.
To drain: plug at bottom right of radiator.
To add antifreeze: to reservoir n.1 fig.11.
Do not take radiator cap off when engine is hot.

5.5 AIR FILTER

Check and front grille clean to ensure good filter performance.
With tractors fitted with a dry air filter (remove nuts n.17 fig.1 and slacken off
clips fixing it to the manifold), clean the filter when warning light n.9 fig.2 stays
on. To clean the filter, use compressed air from the inside towards the outside.
Empty each week the powder from the rubber trap under the filter pressing the
button a couple of times.
Change the cartridge as needed.
With tractors fitted with an oil filled filter and without a warning light on the
dashboard, clean the filter every 50 hours. Remove the cartridge, wash it with
fuel oil and dry with compressed air. Fill the filter cup with new oil which should
be the same type as that used for the engine.
With tractors fitted with oil filled filters and a warning light n.9 fig.2, remove
screws n.17 fig.1 to remove the cover; remove screw n.19 fig.1 to remove the
cartridge. Wash this latter with fuel oil and dry with compressed air. Fill the filter
cup with new oil which should be the same type as that used for the engine.
