4.5 STOPPING THE TRACTOR

a) Move the hand throttle (n.8 fig.2) all the way forward to the minimum speed setting
and release the accelerator pedal (n.10 fig.1)
b) Depress the clutch pedal (n.2 fig.1)
c) .in 6mm after 1
d) Put the range select lever (n.1 fig.1), the gear lever (n.12 fig.1) and, for the
tractors equipped with it, lever n.4.fig.2.
Pull the parking brake lever (n.6 fig.1) up.

4.6 DIFFERENTIAL LOCK

The tractor has a differential lock on the rear axle. Differential lock is controlled by
pedal n.7 fig. 1.
When the pedal is released, the differential lock automatically disengages.
Use the differential lock only with the low gear ranges and reduce engine revs
well before. Never use the differential lock when negotiating bends. If the
differential does not unlock, reduce revs. stop the tractor and then repeat the
unlocking procedure.

4.7 P.T.O.

See fig. 1
Pull lever n.3 fig. 1 up to disengage the clutch.
Engage the PTO using lever n.4 fig.1 SYNCHRONIZED with tractor drive speed or
independently at 540 Rpm.
Engage the clutch by releasing lever n.3.fig.1.
Shaft: 1"3/8 ASAE with 6 splines.
Speed: 540 Rpm with engine at 2430 Rpm
Rotation: clockwise
For tractors equipped with a 750 or 1000 rpm PTO, once the synchronized or
independent position has been selected and with the clutch disengaged as described
above, engage the 750 or 1000 Rpm PTO with lever n.15 fig.1.
Shaft: 1"3/8 ASAE with six splines.
Speed: 750 Rpm with engine at 2603 Rpm.
Speed: 1000 Rpm with engine at 2069 Rpm.
Rotation: clockwise.
Indicator lights n.3-4 fig.3 - n.6 fig.32 signal that the PTO clutch is disengaged.
Hold in this position for the minimum time necessary.
