4.6 STOPPING THE TRACTOR

a) Release the forward (n.7 fig.1) or reverse (n.8 fig.1) drive pedal. If the speed
range lever (n.9 fig.1) was used, move it back to neutral (all the way forward).
b) Set the hand throttle to minimum by pushing lever n.11 fig.1 all the way
forward.
c) Pull up the parking brake lever n.13 fig.1
NB
If the tractor has to be stopped quickly, this can be done by pushing the forced
gear reset pedal (n.10 fig.1) all the way down. This can be done with the speed
range lever (n.9 fig.1) engaged.
The range lever (n.10 fig.1) will automatic reset to its neutral position when the
same pedal n.10 fig.1 is depressed.
WARNING: During work pauses or whenever the driver has to
leave the tractor, the engine must be switched off!
