4.8.1 Auxiliary spooling valve

The tractor can be equipped with a double-acting spooling valve controlled by
lever n.16 fig.1, with hydraulic connectors n.5 fig.6

5. MAINTENANCE - CLEANING - LUBRICATION

5.1 ENGINE

5.2 GREASING

Every 50 hours, grease the points shown in fig.7:
n.1 Centre articulation pins (2 grease nipples: upper and lower).
n.2 Centre articulation cylinder (2 grease nipples: right & left)
n.3 Steering hydraulic cylinder (2 grease nipples on the swivels)
n.4 Gear lever (2 grease nipples on right and on left).
Use AGIP GREASE LP2

5.3 OIL REQUIREMENTS

5.3.1 Gear box and lift casing

Check level every 50 hours with plug with dipstick n.16 fig.1.
Use AGIP SUPER TRACTOR UNIVERSAL SAE 15W/40
Change oil every 800 hours. Amount needed: 15.5 kg approx.
Oil drain: plug n.1 fig.8.
To add oil: plug n.16 fig.1.
First change after the first 50-60 hours.
Keep the oil vent plug clean. It is to the right of the plug for adding oil n.16 fig.1.

5.3.2 Rear differential casing

Check level every 50 hours with the plug with the dipstick n.2 fig.9.
Use AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 80W/90
Change the oil every 800 hours. Amount needed: 8.5 kg approx.
Oil drain: plug n.1 fig.10.
Add oil through plug n.2 fig.9.
First change after the first 50-60 hours.
Keep the vent plug n.1 fig.9 clean. Access by removing the guard on the flange.

5.3.2.1 Cleaning the hydraulic lift filter.

Clean filter every 400 hours and at each oil change. Drain the oil, remove the
filter (n.2 fig.11), wash with petrol or naphta, dry thoroughly and replace
