Causes
The machine is on.
The machine has reached the right
temperature and is now ready:
- for coff ee brewing;
- for hot water dispensing.
The machine is warming up to brew
coff ee and dispense hot water.
The machine has reached the right
temperature to eject steam.
The machine is warming up to eject
steam.
Machine's overtemperature: coff ee may
not be brewed.
The water in the tank is insuffi cient.
The coff ee bean hopper is empty.
The Brew Group, the grounds drawer,
the drip tray and the front door are
in a wrong position for the machine's
operation.

Solutions
Discharge water into the drip tray by
turning the steam knob (14) until the
green temperature ready light (19) is
permanently on and green light (21)
turns off .
Fill the tank with fresh drinking
water, prime the circuit and start the
procedure again.
Fill the hopper with coff ee beans and
start the procedure again.
Make sure that all components have
been correctly inserted and closed. The
fi xed red light will now turn off .
