3.10 - Vérification après récupération –
Remise en condition opérationnelle
1 - Toujours libérer l'anneau de l'élingue
du croc pour libérer la torsion qui
pourrait être accumulée dans le câble
du bossoir.
2 - Réarmer le croc sur l'anneau de
levage de l'élingue.
et vérifier le bon fonctionnement
du croc.
3 - Au besoin ajuster la position
longitudinale du canot sur son ber et
la position latérale du bossoir de
façon à remettre l'ensemble canot /
élingue / croc / câble / bossoir à la
verticale.
4 - Rincer le canot à l'eau douce.
5 - Ouvrir le vide vite jusqu'à écoulement
complet de l'eau.
6 - Conserver le vide vite ouvert.
7 - Vérifier la pression dans le flotteur.
8 - Rincer le moteur à l'eau douce.
9 - Vérifier l'hélice, les réservoirs et le
carburant.
10 - Mettre la bâche de protection.
11 - Saisir le canot sur son ber.

Preparation for operational
readiness
1 - Always release the suspension
ring out of the hook in order to
free any build up torsion in the
davit cable.
2 - Re-engage the lifting/suspension
ring into the hook.
and
check
condition of the hook.
3 - If needed, adjust the position of
the
rescue
backwards onto its cradle and the
davit position in order to get the
entire lifting system (lifting sling /
hook / cable / davit) in a vertical
line.
4 - Rinse the boat with fresh water.
5 - Open the self bailer to let out
water.
6 - Keep the hull bailer open.
7 - Check
the
buoyancy.
8 - Rinse the engine with fresh water.
9 - Check the engine propeller, the
fuel tanks and the gasoline.
10 - Put on the cover.
11 - Fasten the rescue boat to its
cradle.
