13.2 Cleaning in the
dishwasher
The following parts are dishwasher-safe:
- Working container 8
- Lid 3
- Food pusher 1
- Axle 9
- Adapter 7
- Blade assembly 5
- Mixer assembly 4
- Whisking disc 17
- Grater and cutting disc 16
- Blender jug 13
- Lid 14
- Mini measuring cup 15
The following parts must never be cleaned
in a dishwasher:
- Base unit 12
- Blade guard 6

13.3 Rinsing by hand

DANGER! Risk of injury from
cutting!
When rinsing by hand, use water which
is so clear that you are able to see the
working tools properly in order to en-
sure that you do not injure yourself on
the very sharp blades.
All accessories except for the base unit 12
can also be cleaned by hand.
• If possible, clean all accessories imme-
diately after use.
• Use rinsing water with mild washing-up
liquid and rinse off all parts with clean
water.
• Allow the parts to dry completely before
using them again or clearing them
away.
13.4 Cleaning the blender
jug
DANGER! Risk of injury from
cutting!
When emptying and cleaning the
blender jug 13, ensure not to touch the
blades.
Clean the blender jug 13 as soon as possi-
ble after use.
1. Fill the blender jug 13 about half full
with warm water and detergent.
2. Switch the device to speed setting 1
and let it run for approx. 30 seconds.
3. Pour out the dishwater.
4. Rinse the blender jug 13 several times
with clean water.
5. Allow the blender jug 13 to dry com-
pletely before you use it again or put it
away.

13.5 Storage

• Allow all parts to dry completely before
placing them in storage.
• Store the device so that it is protected
against dust and dirt and out of the
reach of children.
• Figure A: you can wind up the power
cable 10 in the cable spool 20 on the
underside of the base unit 12.
