Do not use the device to chop particu-
larly hard food such as bones or nut-
megs .
The blade assembly 5 is not suitable for
cereal grains, ice, nuts or similar types
of hard food.

Do not operate the device continuously
with the blade assembly 5 in place for
more than 5 minutes. After this, the de-
vice must remain switched off until it has
cooled down to room temperature.
Required accessories:
- Axle 9
- Working container 8
- Adapter 7
- Blade assembly 5
- Lid 3 with food pusher 1
Work steps:
1. Figure B: place the axle 9 on the base
unit 12.
2. Figure C: position the working con-
tainer 8 in position a on the base
unit 12. Turn the working container
clockwise slightly until it audibly clicks
into position b.
3. Figure D: place the adapter 7 on the
axle 9.

4. Place the blade assembly 5 on the
adapter 7. Turn the blade assembly 5
slightly back and forth until it sits on the
bottom.
5. Fill the ingredients into the working con-
tainer 8. Further ingredients can be
added at a later time through the food
chute 2.
6. Figure E: place the lid 3 on the work-
ing container 8. Turn the lid slightly in a
clockwise direction until it audibly clicks
into place.
7. Figure G: place the food pusher 1
into the food chute 2.
8. Connect the mains plug 10 to a wall
socket.
9. Use the dial 11 to select the desired
speed setting.
10. When the process is completed, switch
the dial 11 to 0 and pull out the mains
plug 10.
11. Turn the lid 3 with the food pusher 1
slightly in an anticlockwise direction
and remove it.
12. Turn the working container 8 slightly
anticlockwise and remove it.
13. Pull the axle 9 downwards from the
working container 8.
14. Hold the upper end of the adapter 7
and lift it out along with the blade as-
sembly 5 by pulling upwards. Ingredi-
ents which stick to the blade assembly
can be carefully removed with a small
dough scraper or similar device.
