Changes and repairs
Changes to the
Changes and repairs to the unit or accessories must not

inhibit the safety of the patient, the user and the
surroundings. This is considered to be fulfilled if the
structural and functional features are not changed to the
detriment of safety.
Changes and repairs to the KAUTER N must only be
performed by the manufacturer or by persons expressly
authorized to do this by him. If unauthorized persons
perform incorrect changes or repairs to the unit or
accessories, the manufacturer accepts no liability. In
addition, the guarantee becomes void in this case.
Replacing the unit fuse
WARNING
To replace the unit fuse, make certain to disconnect the
power plug.
Loosen the four screws underneath the unit and carefully
remove the top housing half. Replace the power fuse
cartridge. Put the upper housing half back on and retighten
the screws.
Old equipment
Old equipment and accessories can be disposed of as
Disposal
electronic scrap.
