Performance test, maintenance
WARNING! The ERBE KAUTER N and the cautery
electrodes are subject to normal aging and material
fatigue.
Performance test
Therefore, before every application, carry out the
performance test described in Chapter 4. With the
performance test you check the activation button and
cautery electrodes for damage. If the activation button is
damaged, the KAUTER N must not be used. Damaged
cautery electrodes must not be used. ERBE Elektromedizin
expressly warns against altering the cautery electrodes,
such as bending back a bent cautery electrode. Any change
will exempt ERBE Elektromedizin from all liability.
Safety inspection
WARNING! The KAUTER N must undergo a safety
inspection at least every two years. The safety inspection
must only be carried out by the manufacturer or by persons
especially authorized for this by the manufacturer.
Ambient conditions
ATTENTION: The KAUTER N should be stored and
transported at a room temperature between -40 °C and
+70 °C. The relative air humidity should be between
30 % and 95 %.

room temperature between +10 °C and +40 °C. The relative
temperature,
