4 Access to the Internet

For perfect functioning, AirWatch needs access to the Internet. The dependent
functions are:

4.1 Time and date

Time, time zone and date are synchronized via an online service. This is necessary
for correct functioning of the long term analysis.

4.2 Software update

We extend the AirWatch software and provide you with free updates via the Internet.
As these are loaded automatically on to the AirWatch via the Internet and are
installed in the background, we advise urgently that the device is granted continuous
access to the Internet. The update is loaded via a secure VPN connection.

4.3 Firewall

If the device is not behind a firewall, then you must activate the following network
points in your firewall. To do this, please contact a system administrator or take the
relevant instructions from your router/your firewall manual.
