2.9.3 No connection

Undefined errors can usually be rectified by rerunning the network configuration. To
do this, you must reset the AirWatch network configuration via a network reset in the
factory state.

2.9.4 Network configuration reset

Connection problems or an incorrect configuration make a network configuration
reset necessary. For this, proceed as follows:
− Switch the AirWatch off at the master switch.
− After waiting a few seconds, you can switch the AirWatch back on.
− Now watch the signal lights. As soon as these jump in a quick sequence from one
color to another, press and hold down the reset button on the device (N.B.: The
button must be pressed quickly and held down firmly!)! AirWatch now deletes the
network configuration.
− If this process was successful, then the AirWatch acknowledges this with a fast
flashing of the green signal lights.
− If pressing the reset button was unsuccessful or took place too late, then none of
the signal lights flash.
− If the process is too fast, then you can alternatively hold the reset button down
continuously after switching on, until green flashing of the signal lights
acknowledges success.
− After the reset has been executed, the "AirWatchAP" access point is active once
more.
− You can now follow the steps of the setup assistant again.

2.10 Network configuration change

If you want to change the network configuration, the network configuration must also
be reset. To do this, follow the steps described in sub-sub-heading 2.9.4 and then, in
conclusion, run the network assistant again.
