OPERATION

1.
Comply with all safety instruc-
tions and safety regulations.
2.
Ensure that you have selected a
safe location.
3.
Plug the mains plug of the appli-
ance into an electrical outlet
(220–240 V ~ 50 Hz).
4.
Place the main switch on the rear
of the appliance on "I"
5.
The appliance is now in standby
mode, only the ON/OFF button is
active.
6.
Press the ON/OFF button. A short
signal tone will sound.
7.
Caution: The following explana-
tions apply for adjustment on the
control panel itself, and via the
remote control unit. The button
designation is identical in each
case.
Heating capacity
8.
You can select from two heating
capacities:
ƒ "Low" level for lower capacity
(approx. 1,200 watt)
ƒ "High" level for more capacity
(approx. 2,000 watt)

Note: It takes a few moments
until the higher capacity is com-
pletely active.
10. Use the
desired capacity. The respective
indicator lamp shows the level at
which the appliance is operating.

11. Oscillation function / swing function
12. With this function it is possible to
distribute the air flow over a lar-
ger area, because the appliance
swings back and forth in a speci-
fic radius.
13. The oscillation function can be
switched on in every mode. To do
this, select the

14. Switch off the oscillation function
before you switch off the appli-
ance.
Time setting
15. With this function you select the
time period during which the
appliance provides heat. After
this time elapses the appliance
switches off.
16. When the appliance is switched
on, press the

17. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set
the desired time between 1 hour
and 12 hours. If you select 0, the
time setting is not active and the
appliance will run continuously.
18. To save the time setting, press the
button again.
