Installation
→
Drill a hole 32 mm
in diameter in the
pipe.
→
Insert the seal pro-
vided in the groove
Screw
in the pipe saddle.
→
Fix the pipe saddle
to the pipe.
→
Insert the nuts into
their housing.
Nut
→
Insert the screws
into the nuts and
tighten them.

Turn the welding tab
so that the oblong
internal polarising slot
is positioned opposite
the fluid

Place the welding tab
on the pipe so that
2 of the 4 external
polarising slots are

aligned ( < 3°) in
the axis of the pipe.
→
Weld around the
entire circumference
of the tab.
