Troubleshooting
Problem
Reclining does not take place
even though a massage is started.
(The seat does not automatically
recline.)
The backrest does not return to
the upright position.
The unit will not operate at all.
Touch panel is inoperable
It is not possible to massage
hands and arms.
Sometimes the power won't turn
on when is pressed again
when a massage has finished.
Red, blue, or green pixels are
visible on the touch panel
The unit has been damaged.
The power cord or power plug is

Air plug may come loose from the air plug insertion port if the armrest
is not secured.
→ Check connection of the air plug and secure installation of the armrest.
