Owner's manual
1. Prior to first use, clean the parts of the device that will come in contact with food; and
dry the device afterward.
2. Place the food on food trays.
3. Place the food so it does not block the air flow.
4. Place the food trays on the base.
5. Place the top lid. Top lid HAS TO BE ON the appliance during the whole period of the operation.
6. Plug the appliance to mains supply.
7. Turn on the device by pressing Start / Stop button.
8. Press Time / Temperature button to set the time (time is displayed on the left on the
display); values on the display start flashing. Press + and – button to adjust the desired
time. Timer range for this device is from 1 to 48 hours.
9. When the time is successfully set, press Time / Temperature button again to set the
temperature (temperature is displayed on the right on the display). Use + and –
buttons to set the desired temperature. One + or - button press increases / decreases
temperature by 5°C. To change the temperature more quickly, press and hold + or –
button. Temperature range for this device is from 40°C to 70°C.
10. When the adjustments are finished, the device will start working. You can change the
time or temperature at any time by pressing Time / Temperature button and + and –
buttons afterwards. The device can be turned off at any time by pressing Start / Stop
button.
11. After you have finished working on the appliance, turn it off by pressing Start/ Stop
button and disconnect it from mains supply.
Note: Allow for continuous drying. Do not unplug the dehydrator in the middle of the drying
process and resume drying at a later time as this may result in poor quality and /or unsafe
food.
Suggested dehydrating temperatures:
Herbs: 50°C
Vegetables: 50°C
Fruits: 50°C-60°C
Note:
Dehydrating time presented in this manual are only for reference. Dehydrating time depends
on temperature and humidity of the room, humidity of the food, their thickness, etc.
Containers for storing dehydrated products should be clean and dry.
Before dehydrating, follow the below steps:
1. Avoid overripe or unripe food.
2. Strong smelling foods such as onions and garlic will produce an odor during the drying
process. The odor may linger after drying has completed.
3. Wash the food.
• Note: do not place wet food into the appliance; dry them with paper towel
beforehand.
