customer service workshop in case of damage.
● Never use the power tool in an explosive environment. The power tool gener-
ates sparks when in use which could ignite dust and gases.
● Only use diamond cutting discs with a metal body in accordance with EN

● Secure the workpieces to be machined against being flung away.
● Diamond cutting discs get very hot during work. Let them cool down before
touching or removing.

1. Technical data

Use for the intended purpose
WARNING
The power tool is intended for straight slitting or cutting of mineral building materials such as concrete, steel-reinforced concrete, all kinds of masonry, all kinds of screed,
natural stone without using water in connection with a suitable safety vacuum cleaner/dust extractor using suitable diamond cutting discs with firm contact with the cutting
surface (9). Curved cuts are not permissible because the diamond cutting discs could jam or break. All other uses are not for the intended purpose and are prohibited.

Weighted effective value of the acceleration
The indicated weighted effective value of acceleration has been measured against standard test procedures and can be used by way of comparison with another
device. The indicated weighted effective value of acceleration can also be used as a preliminary evaluation of the exposure.
Attention: The indicated weighted effective value of acceleration can differ during operation from the indicated value, dependent on the manner in which the device is
used. Dependent upon the actual conditions of use (periodic duty) it may be necessary to establish safety precautions for the protection of the operator.

2.1. Electrical connection
WARNING
Mains voltage present! Before connecting the power tool, check whether the
voltage given on the rating plate corresponds to the mains voltage. On building
sites, in a wet environment or for similar types of application, only operate the
power tool on the mains via a 30 mA fault current protection (FI switch). When
using an extension lead, pay attention to the cable cross section necessary for
the power of the power tool.
2.2. Choosing the diamond cutting discs
Only diamond cutting discs with a metal body in accordance with EN 13236
are approved which fit exactly onto the drive shaft (13) and have the permissible

the diamond cutting discs may not be lower than the speed of the power tool.
Only one or two diamond cutting discs may be mounted on the power tool. Only
one diamond cutting disc is mounted for cutting (see technical data). When
using more than one diamond cutting disc, make sure that all of them have the
same outside diameter. When using more than one diamond cutting disc, these
should always be changed in sets.
WARNING
Only use diamond cutting discs with a metal body in accordance with EN 13236.
The use of other diamond cutting discs and the use of toothed saw blades are
dangerous and therefore forbidden.
