Cell error
● The battery cell has an error.

Charging error
● The battery board has an error.

Current error
Cell error
● Probable causes are a battery board or
cell error. Or, the motor unit and charger
may be in error.

Temperature error
● The battery is hot or the board is in error.
Cell error
Authentication error
● Probable causes are a battery cell error.
Or, an authentication error may have
occurred or the battery heated up during
charging.

Charging error
● The battery or battery charger contains
some errors, and charging cannot be
performed.

Remedy
Take EPAC to your dealer.
Take the electric bicycle to your dealer.
Take the electric bicycle to your dealer.
If blinking continues after this condition is left
for a while, replacement is necessary. Take
the electric bicycle to your dealer.
Check the terminals for dirt. If blinking
continues after removing dirt from the
terminals and leaving the battery for a while,
take the electric bicycle to your dealer.
Remedy
Remove any dirt from the terminals. If this does
not remedy the problem, consult your dealer.
