Remedy
Take the electric bicycle to your dealer.
Check if the electric wire connector is
disconnected.
Take the electric bicycle to your dealer.
Update the firmware and clear any errors of
each individual component and the system
by connecting the PC and bicycle (system or
components) using the PC connected device,
and using E-tube Project that is published by
SHIMANO INC.
Reset the average speed.
* Measurement data such as distance travelled is
not recorded while [E] is still displayed, though
the power assist function is active.
Take the electric bicycle to your dealer.
Turn the power off and on. If the display does not
disappear even when the power is turned off and
on, your device is the unsupported USB device.
Replace the coin-type battery and set the time.
