4. DESCRIPTION OF THE FRAMES

4.1. Uplink frame

The uplink frames of the product to the network have a different size depending of the transmitted data.

4.1.1 Fixed bytes

FR
The first two bytes of the frame are systematically dedicated to indicate the frame code and the status as presented below:

EN
This byte contains the code associated with the frame to facilitate its decoding by the data system.

Status byte

The status byte is broken down in the following way:
Status Alarmes
No error
Configuration
done
HW error
Configuration
Erreur
TIC reading error
Field Details:
• Frame Counter: It increments each broadcast and allows you to quickly see if a frame has been lost. It counts from 0 to 7 before looping
back.
• Configuration performed (bit 0): bit to 1 if a configuration was performed during the last downlink frame, otherwise 0. This bit returns to 0
from the next frame.
• HW (bit 2): this bit is set to 1 when a hardware error has occurred, for example an EEPROM write problem, a reading problem on the ADC
... The product must be returned by SAV.
• Config error (bit 3): this bit is set to 1 to indicate that the configuration of the application is wrong. For example, the total number of bytes
to go up in the periodic data frame is greater than 49.
• CIS error (bit 4): This bit is set to 1 to indicate an CIS read error. For example: checksum error, timeout, etc. This bit is reset to zero after
sending a radio frame.
For example:
A value of the status byte equals 0xA0 (= 10100000 in binary) gives:
• Bit 7 to 5 = 101 = 0x05 is a frame counter to 5
• Bit 4 to 0 = 00000 in binary or no alarm
