2.2.8 Converting numeric data

The product can convert ASCII data that expresses a numeric value to a 32-bit signed integer value.
It supports in particular the conversion of data:
• having a negative value
• containing a numeric value
• preceded by 1 or more 0
• floating (in this case: integer value = floating point x 100)
If the ASCII data does not represent a valid numeric value, then the data is assigned to -2147483648 (0x8000000).
If the label contains integer values separate by characters, the product will send only the first integer values.
2.2.9 Converting timestamp
The product can convert ASCII data that expresses a timestamp value to a 6 bytes table.

It supports the following timestamp format:
SYYMMDDHHMMSS (Linky)
DD/MM/YY HH:MM:SS (PME/PMI)
DD/MM/YY HH/MM/SS (ICE)
2.2.10
Mode TEST
This mode allows the user to test the product faster by reducing the production time scales and changing the behavior of the LEDs.
It is obtained by setting the register S306 to the value 2 in COMMAND mode. Once out of COMMAND mode, the product resumes the previ-
ously defined application behavior but with the following changes:
- Register S300: the periodicity of the keep alive frame is expressed in twentieths of a second instead of tens of minutes. Thus, in TEST mode
when the register 300 is 144, the keep alive is no longer issued every 144x10min = 1440 minutes or 24hrs but every 144x20s = 2880
seconds or 48 minutes.
- Register S320: the periodicity of the keep alive frame is expressed in twentieths of a second instead of minutes. Thus, in TEST mode when
the register 320 is 5, the data frame is no longer transmitted every 5min but every 100 seconds.
-The LEDs also have a different behavior allowing a visual feedback to the user in the case of transmission and reception of frames (see
section 2.3 for more details).
The complete list of registers can be found in paragraph 3.4.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the test mode, because of its frequency of emission, is very energy consuming, it must be used only over
short periods (a few hours).
