Interpreting the previous example: the user wanted to modify the beginning of the APP_EUI after having made an unauthorized command
(answer E), and the ranges were unblocked in order to modify the range. The second part of the APP_EUI was verified and the parameters were
saved before exiting. When exiting command mode, the device will start a JOIN demand.
