Solution
• Ensure control unit is properly docked into test box
• Ensure appropriated speaker (Testbox, FF1 Power Output, or FF2 Power output) is
selected in software (Settings > Devices > Siemens Unity 2 Probe > Settings)
• Ensure in-situ headset is plugged in to Unity 2 hardware
• Ensure in-situ headset is plugged in to the appropriate side (red plug to right side and
blue plug to left side sockets)
• Ensure to select the side desired in software interface.
• Ensure insitu reference mics have been calibrated via the Thor utility

• Ensure test box reference mic (black) is connected inside test box
• Ensure reference mic and measuring mic have been calibrated via the Thor utility
• Ensure 2cc coupler mic (white) is connected inside test box
