d) Mounting the Undercarriage
Mount the wheels to the wheel axes (figure 18, item 1). Plug the undercarriage legs into the fuselage crosswise (figure
18, item 2).
Glue the undercarriage legs to the holes provided in the wings with one GFK eyelet each (figure 19). At the fuselage,
the undercarriage legs are glued to the fuselage with one GFK eyelet (figure 20) each on the left and right.
Glue the wheel covers to the corresponding holders of the wheel axes as shown in figures 21 and 22.
e) Mounting of the Upper Fuselage Contour
Figures 23 and 24 show mounting of the upper fuselage contour. For assembly, align everything at a 90° angle again
and glue the upper fuselage contour to the fuselage.
f) Mounting the Rudder Unit
Glue the rudder unit to the fuselage (figures 25 and 26).
Do not forget the glue connection of the rudder unit to the lower fuselage contour. When gluing on, ensure a sufficient
gap between the rudder and the fuselage (figure 26, dashed line).
g) Mounting of the Spoilers
Figure 27 shows the model in the current construction status. There are cut-outs visible at the wings. The spoilers
(figure 28) are installed here as shown in figure 29.
h) Mounting the Motor
Glue the motor carrier to the fuselage (figure 30). Install the motor at the motor carrier as shown in figure 31.
i) Mounting the Servo and Aileron Linkage
Glue the side rudder servo (1), the elevator servo (2) and the aileron servo (3) into the fuselage in sequence as shown
in figure 32. The rudder horn of the rudder servo must be on the right when viewed in flight direction, the rudder horn
of the elevator servo on the left.
Glue the rudder horns to the left and right of the aileron (also see figure 32, item 4). There already are small holes for
the rudder horns here.
Connect the aileron servo to the ailerons with the thrust rods (figure 33).
