6. Main te nance Honda-en gine
6.1
Gen eral note
This man ual lists only the daily en gine main te nance
tasks. Fol low the en gine's op er at ing man ual and
the warn ings and in ter vals shown therein.
6.2
Fuel sys tem
Death haz ard from flam ma ble sub stances.
Petrol is ex tremely flam ma ble and ex plo sive. Dur ing
tank fill-ups, this can cause burns, se vere in ju ries or
death.
Fill the tank only when the en gine is off.
No open flame.
No smok ing.
Do not fill the tank in en closed spaces.
Do not in hale fuel fumes.
Do not spill fuel. If fuel spills, clean it up im me di -
ately.
Pol lu tion haz ard from spilt fuel.
Do not over fill the fuel tank and do not spill any fuel.
