39. Use an epoxy brush to apply epoxy to the exposed wood on
the top and bottom of the stabilizer. Fit the stabilizer in the
fuselage.
40. Apply epoxy to the slot in the fuselage for the fin and on the
exposed wood on the fin. Fit the fin in the fuselage. Remove
any excess epoxy using a paper towel and isopropyl alcohol.
41. Slide one #4 washer on each of the threaded rods on the
bottom of the fuselage.
42. Thread the 4-40 nuts on the threaded rods.
43. Use a 1/4-inch nut driver to tighten the nuts. Make sure not to
over-tighten the nuts and damage the fuselage or fin. Check
and clean up any excess epoxy. Remove the tape once the
epoxy has fully cured.

INSTALLATION
44. Place the lower fuselage cover back into position on the
fuselage.
Optional
45. Place a few drops of thin CA in each of the three holes for the
tail wheel bracket screws. Make sure the CA has fully cured
before proceeding.
46. Use the three #2 x 5/16 inch sheet metal screws to secure
the tail wheel bracket to the fuselage. Use a #1 Phillips
screwdriver to tighten the screws.
47. Slide the wheel collar against the tail wheel bracket. Make
sure there is enough clearance that the rudder can move
freely. Tighten the setscrew in the wheel collar using a
1.5mm hex wrench.

RECEIVER INSTALLATION

48. Install the receiver in the fuselage using hook and loop tape.
Secure the antenna at 90 degree angles to the receiver. Refer
to the receiver instructions for more details on mounting the
receiver and routing the antenna.
