I. Applicable Warranty P eriod
The products accompanied bythisWarranty shall b ecovered b ythisWarranty foraperiod of60months
fromthedate oforiginal purchase bytheconsumer. Intheabsence ofsuitable p roof o fpurchase date,
thewarranty p eriod ofthisproduct will begin torunontheproduct's date ofmanufacture.

3. Atitsdiscretion, theBrand mayinspect products eitheratitsfacilities o rin thefield, a ndafter
determination ofawarranty c laim, W III, atitsoption, r epair o r replace d efective p arts. R epaired or
d replace parts will bereturned f reightprepaid b ytheBrand.
4. This W arranty does notcover a nylabor o rshipping c harges. The Brand s hall n otbeliable foranycosts
orcharges attributable toanyproduct testing, maintenance,
tools, supplies, orequipment needed t oinstall, repair, orremove a nyproduct.

THISWARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY ANYOFTHEFOLLOWING:
I. Brushe s, impeller orcam onmodels withbrush-type motors and/or flex-vane impellers.
2. Anv product thatisnotinstalled, applied, maintained andused inaccordance withtheBrand's
publishe d instructions , applicable codes, applicable
industry s tandards.
3. Any product thathasbeen subject to misuse, misapplication,
tampering, acts ofGod (including l ightning), acts ofterrorism, acts ofwar, f ire,improper storage o r
, installation improper use, i mproper maintenance
therecommende d maximums assetforthintheproduct instructions.
4. Any product thatisoperated w ithanyaccessory, equipment, component, or partnotspecifically
approved bytheBrand.
5. Use ofreplacement parts notsoldbytheBrand, theunauthorized addition ofnon-Brand products
tootherBrand products, andtheunauthorized alteration o f Brand products.
6. Products damaged b ynormal wear a ndtear, n ormal maintenance
n connectio withsuch service, or anyotherconditions beyond t hecontrol oftheBrand.
7. Any product thathasbeen used forpurposes otherthan those forwhich it was designed
and manufactured.
8. Any use oftheproduct where i nstallation instructions

10.Products where thepump wasexposed t oanvofthefollowing: sand, g ravel, cement, grease,
