Conversion of existing devices
Vacuum sensor block
When retrofitting existing devices, the existing vacuum sensor block
must be converted accordingly first. This step is omitted for new
devices!
Remove the existing vacuum sensor unit from the rear panel of the glassware protec-
tion housing on the rotary evaporator.
➜ Disconnect the connecting cable from the vacuum sensor.

Loosen the hose fitting on the sensor block and remove the vacuum tube.
➜
Loosen the mounting screws of the sensor block (accessible from the inside of the
glassware protection housing).
➜ Remove the sensor block from the rear panel of the glassware protection housing.
➜
Remove the vacuum sensor from the existing sensor block.
