Screw the pre-assembled mounting plate 2 of the vacuum unit underneath the
mounting plate 1 on the rear panel of the glassware protection housing.
➜
Connect the terminal blocks of the two mounting plates as shown in the figure
above, using a suitably cut tube piece (use the supplied tube material!).
Use the supplied tubing material for all tube connections. Be sure
to cut the tube pieces at both ends at right angles and flat, using a
suitable tool.
Each cut surface of the tube must be in contact with the counter-
part over the entire diameter.
This is to ensure that every connection closes sufficiently tightly!
