Troubleshooting

Problem
The device
cannot be
activated.
The device got
stuck during
processing.
Liquids leak
out of the
device during
processing.
An unpleasant
odour can be
noticed during
processing.
The cutting
blades and/or
the motor unit
got stuck dur-
ing processing.
Possible Cause
The device is not
connected to the
mains.
The components of
the device are not
connected correctly.
The jar has loosened.
The jar is too full.
The device is used for
the fi rst time.
The device has
been running for a
long period of time
without stopping.
The device is broken.
Ingredients cause
a blocking of the
blades.
Insert the plug of the device into a properly
installed socket.
Check, if all components of the device are
connected and screwed in correctly (blending
jar with blade unit and blade unit with motor
unit).
Push the safety button and screw off the
motor unit at the same time. Separate
blending jar and blade unit. Then, connect all
components correctly again and swivel the
jar with the motor unit upwards again (see
section "Use").
Push the safety button and screw off the

blending jar and blade unit and reduce the
quantity of the liquids in the jar. Then,
connect all components correctly again and
swivel the jar with the motor unit upwards
again (see section "Use").
When using a device for the fi rst time,
unpleasant odours can be frequently noticed.
The odour should disappear after having used
the device for a few times.
Push the safety button and screw off the
motor unit at the same time. Unplug the
device and allow the device to cool down for
at least 1 hour.
Contact the customer service immediately
(see section "Customer service").
Push the safety button and screw off the
motor unit at the same time. Separate
blending jar and blade unit in order to
remove ingredients that cause the blocking.
Reduce the quantity of liquids in the jar. Then,
connect all components correctly again and
swivel the jar with the motor unit upwards
again (see section "Use").
