TROUBLESHOOTING

If the device does not work properly, check whether you are
able to rectify the problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact the customer service
department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical device your-
self!
The device does not work.
The device parts are not correctly assembled.

Correct the fit (see the "Use" chapter).
The device switches off.
Food is blocking the blade insert (4).

Carefully remove the blockage.
The mixing container (5) is too full or the food is too hard.

Allow the blade insert to come to a standstill and remove
some of the contents. Food which is too hard is unsuita-
ble for the device.
The battery is not charging. The control lamp (7) does
not light up.
The USB cable is not connected correctly to the device or the
USB mains adapter.

Check the connection and correct it.
The USB mains adapter is not inserted in the plug socket
correctly.
►
Correct the fit.
The plug socket is defective.
►
Try another plug socket.
