6.8 FIRE DOOR PROTECTION
The ST thermal cooker is endowed with a
steel protection which could be placed on
the fire door. This protection is designed
to shield the door when the cooking oper-
ations require the continuous presence of
the user in front of the thermal cooker or
in presence of children. In the other situa-
tions the use of the protection depends on
your discretion. The placing operations must
always be done with cold thermal cooker
opening the fire door and placing the pro-
tection on the door by joint.
6.9 GLOVE BOX
Inside the wood box you can find a small
glove box that can be useful to keep the
smallest tools, that in this way remain sep-
arated from the wood.
6.10 BAKING-PAN HOLDER (ST 90, STK)
The baking-pan holder allows to extract the
baking-pan in a safe way, with no need to
use rags or hot pads. The baking-pan hold-
