4.4 CONNECTIONS TO THE HEATING SYSTEM
Before using the cooker it is necessary to
make all the mandatory connections to the
heating system.
The use of the thermal cooker with emp-
ty boiler causes irreversible damage to the
boiler itself.
For the hydraulic connections we recom-
mend to use flexible pipes. It is necessary to
connect to the system the going and return
connectors of the heating system, the entry
connector of the cold water coming from

4.5 SANITARY HOT WATER PRODUCTION
The production of sanitary hot water hap-
pens with the passage of cold non-return-
able cold water through the plate exchang-
er. In this way, the water can getting hot
instantaneously and be available for exit.
The incoming cold water cannot have a

On STK thermal cooker there are one or two
exhaust connectors: one safety exhaust (S1)
and one boiler exhaust (S3).
The boiler exhaust is useful to empty the
boiler in case of maintenance. It is controlled

the waterworks and the safety discharge
connector.
It is facultative, instead, the connection of
the sanitary hot water connector. If it is not
used, it must be covered. Then, the pipes
must be disposed towards the rear part of
the device, to have a free exit.
On the circuit of the heating system it is rec-
ommended to use an overpressure safety
valve set to 3 bar.
