LIGHTING AND WORKING
To light the fire, you can use well dried
wood, very subtly cut, together with the
specific products you can find in commerce.
The combustion may be difficult as long as
the chimney is cold. The necessary time de-
pends on the chimney and on the weather
conditions. Once the combustion is started,

WARNING! When loading wood, it is recommended to keep a distance of
some centimetres from the internal glass of the fire door and the combustible,
in order to safe the glass from too high temperatures that could damage it.

STARTING KEY (ST 90, STK)
The models with oven, in order to allow an
easier lighting with cold chimneys, are en-
dowed with a starting key ruled by a rod,
see picture 34. Thanks to this device, it is
possible the direct connection between the
WARNING! When the fire comes into force you must reinsert the starting key
in order to force the smoke to heat all the parts of the thermal cooker. Ther-
mal cookers are built to work with the starting key closed. If the thermal cook-
er works with the starting key open it will be limited in strength and profit.
6.5
OVEN (ST 90, STK)
The internal temperature of the oven de-
pends on the combustion speed and on the
amount of combustible inserted. In particu-
lar, operating on the primary air regulator
and so on the combustion speed, you can
obtain a regular combustion to avoid sud-
den changes in temperature inside the oven.

id it is necessary to insert some wood in the
combustion chamber with regular intervals
according to the amount of combustible in-
serted each time. The wood fired thermal
cooker allows an intermittent combustion.

The rod has to be extracted with cold
kitchen and shall be reinserted in when the
combustion is well under way.
If you want to heat the oven starting from
cold thermal cooker, we suggest to raise
the temperature with an average fire, then
decrease the combustion speed to keep the
temperature steady.
Thermal cookers are endowed with oven's
door with glass and are also endowed with
