Tilting backwards / forwards
• The Reflex is fitted with a tilt function to a maximum of 30º backwards. This function
can be operated by pushing the knob with the arrow facing backwards. The seat section
will then tilt.
• We recommend activating the brakes before tilting the Reflex.
• When the seat section has reached the maximum tilt angle, the movement will stop
automatically. The carer can stop the motion at any time by releasing the button.
• To tilt the Reflex forwards, push the knob with the arrow facing forwards.
• The movement will stop automatically when the seat section has returned to the hori-
zontal position.
• We recommend that you use the armrest with front barrier when tilting the seat.
• Maintain contact with the user when tilting the seat.
