    1. Introductie 1.1. Inleiding De elektrisch in hoogte verstelbare douche-toiletstoel Reflex is een hulpmiddel voor het ergonomisch verantwoord verzorgen en wassen van de cliënt. Voor zowel de cliënt als de verzorger is het comfort optimaal. De Reflex kan, met gebruik van een ondersteek / emmer of in combinatie met een toilet, ook worden gebruikt als toiletstoel.

    1.3. Garantie Op producten van Lopital wordt 2 jaar garantie gegeven, op constructie- en / of materiaalfouten, tenzij anders vermeld. Bij afwijkende termijnen staat de exacte garantieperiode vermeld op uw factuur, welke tevens dient als garantiebewijs. Op onderdelen en accu’s die aan slijtage onderhevig zijn wordt geen garantie gegeven, tenzij sprake is van constructie- en / of materiaalfouten.

    Stap 6 De cliënt kan plaatsnemen in de stoel. Ondersteun de cliënt waar nodig. Stap 7 Zet beide voeten op de voetsteunen en kuiten tegen de kuitsteun (Zie paragraaf 3.2. Voetsteunen). Stap 8 Sluit de armsteunen nadat de cliënt in de stoel zit (Zie paragraaf 3.3. Armsteunen met voorsluiting).

Voetsteunen Voetsteunen bij Reflex (Artikelnummer stoel 5100 5600). • De voetsteunen van de Reflex kunnen op een simpele wijze van het frame worden genomen door de vergrendelingslip (1) omhoog te bewegen. Daarna worden de voetsteunen naar boven bewogen en kunnen deze van het frame worden afgenomen.
  • Page 12 Voetsteunen bij Reflex met Flexo voetsteunen (Artikelnummer stoel 5100 5605). • Voordat de cliënt plaats neemt op de Reflex, worden de voetsteunen omhoog geklapt. Hierdoor ontstaat er voldoende ruimte, zodat de cliënt gemakkelijk kan gaan zitten (Zie figuur 6). Mocht er nog meer ruimte worden gewenst dan kunnen de Flexo voet- steunen worden weggedraaid (Zie figuur 7).

    de vergrendelpen te ontgrendelen. Wanneer de juiste stand is bepaald vergrendelt u de zithoek van de comfort beensteun weer (Zie figuur 13). Let op dat de vergrendelpen goed in een van de 4 gaten valt. Om de beensteunlengte aan te passen dient u de vergrendelpen aan de onderkant te ontgrendelen door hem iets los te draaien (Zie figuur 13).

    Bij het opklappen van de armsteunen voorkomen dat vingers of ledematen tussen armsteun en rugleuning klem komen te zitten. De armsteunen of voorsluiting dienen niet te worden gebruikt als hefboom (bijv. bij het over een drempel manoeuvreren van de stoel) of als duw- / trekbeugel. Ook mag er niet op worden gezeten.

    • U kunt de beweging op iedere gewenste hoogte laten stoppen door de knop los te laten. • Houd tijdens de omlaaggaande beweging contact met de cliënt. Controleer voordat u de stoel in hoogte gaat verplaatsen eerst of er zich geen personen of objecten onder de brancard bevinden.

    • De ondersteek of emmer wordt aan de achterzijde van de stoel ingeschoven (Zie figuur 22). Figuur 22 Ondersteek. • Wanneer gebruik wordt gemaakt van de Lopital kunststof ondersteek, dient de ondersteek zover mogelijk naar voren geschoven te worden (Zie figuur 23).

Bij gebruik van een andere lader is Lopital niet aansprakelijk voor de eventuele gevolgen, zoals het beschadigen van de elektronica. Wanneer de lader aangesloten wordt op de Reflex gaat de bediening in slaapstand (alle functies worden dan uitgeschakeld).

    5. Reiniging en onderhoud De Reflex dient na ieder gebruik gereinigd te worden met water en normale huishoudelijke schoonmaakmiddelen. PUR integraal schuimdelen met IMC coating worden bij voorkeur d.m.v. wrijven gereinigd en gedesinfecteerd. Gebruik hiervoor geen schuurmiddel of andere agressieve oplosmiddelen. Indien nodig kunnen PUR delen met een oplossing van 70% ethanol of propanol gedesinfecteerd worden.

    7. Verwijdering onderdelen Alle onderdelen die vervangen of verwijderd worden, kunnen terug worden gestuurd naar Lopital BV. Ook is het mogelijk deze onderdelen aan de monteur aan te bieden voor vernietiging. Wij zullen ervoor zorgen dat alle onderdelen op een milieuvriendelijke wijze worden verwerkt.

    1. Introduction 1.1. Introduction The height adjustable, electric shower-toilet chair Reflex is a medical device for caring for and washing clients in an ergonomically responsible manner. Comfort is the primary consideration for both the client and the carer. The Reflex can also be used as a toilet chair, in combination with a bedpan / bucket. The Reflex comprises a base frame and chair component.

    2.2. Activating Before you can use the Reflex, you must activate it by pressing both up arrows for 2 seconds (See figure 1). 2.3. Working with the Reflex Step 1 Disconnect the Reflex from the charger if necessary. Step 2 Activate the Reflex (See paragraph 2.2.

    3.4. Head / neck support • The Reflex has a head / neck support that can be adjusted in terms of both height and depth. • In order to set its height, the rotating button (1) on the back of the chair must be undone. Once you have reached the required height, do the button up again (See figure 17).

    3.6. Tilting • The Reflex is equipped with a backwards tilting function of up to 30 degrees. This function is operated by pushing the button that shows an arrow pointing backwards. The chair will then tilt (See figure 20). Figure 20 Tilting backwards.

    • The bedpan or bucket is slid in from the back of the chair (See figure 22). • If you are using the Lopital plastic bedpan, you must slide it as far forwards as possible (See figure 23). • If you are using a stainless steel bedpan or bucket, the bedpan can be placed in 2 positions under the seat.

    5. Cleaning and maintenance The Reflex must be cleaned after every use, with water and regular household cleaning agents. PUR integrated foam components with IMC coating should be rubbed clean and disinfected. Do not use any abrasive or other aggressive cleaning products. If necessary, the PUR components can be disinfected with a solution of 70% ethanol or propanol.

    This process will preferably be carried out by Lopital or another authorised body. Lopital offers the option of having the chair thoroughly inspected and serviced once a year via Periodic Preventative Maintenance.

    7. Removal of parts All parts that are replaced or removed can be sent back to Lopital BV. You may also offer the parts to the engineer for destruction. We will ensure that all parts are processed in an environmentally-friendly manner.

Elle assure un confort optimal, tant pour la personne que pour le personnel soignant.

    1.3. Garantie Les produits Lopital sont garantis 2 ans contre les défauts de construction et / ou de matériel, sauf mention contraire. La période de garantie exacte est reprise sur votre facture, laquelle fait office de certificat de garantie. Les composants et batteries qui sont soumis à une usure ne sont couverts par aucune garantie, si ce n’est contre les défauts de construction ou de matériel.

Si l’espace ne suffit pas, les repose-pieds Flexo peuvent être écartés (Cf. figure 7). Relevez légèrement les repose-pieds (1) avant de les écarter par pivotement (2).

    des repose-jambes sont réglables dans 4 positions (Cf. figure 9 à 12). Pour modifier l’angle d’assise, vous devez déverrouiller la tige de verrouillage. Une fois la bonne position déterminée, verrouillez à nouveau l’angle d’assise des repose-jambes (Cf. figure 13). Veillez à ce que la tige de verrouillage tombe bien dans l’un des 4 trous. Pour modifier la longueur du repose-jambes, vous devez déverrouiller la tige de verrouillage au bas en la dévissant légèrement (Cf.

    En rabattant l’accoudoir, veillez à ne pas vous pincer les doigts dans l’articulation. En relevant les accoudoirs, veillez à ce que les doigts ou toute autre partie du corps ne se coincent pas entre l’accoudoir et le dossier.     • Le bassin ou un seau hygiénique est insérée l’arrière de la chaise (Cf. figure 22). • Lors de l’utilisation du bassin hygiénique en plastique de Lopital, il devrait, si possible, être glissé vers l’avant autant que possible (Cf. figure 23).     N’utilisez que le chargeur original qui a été fourni avec la chaise Reflex. Si un autre chargeur est utilisé, Lopital ne sera pas responsable des éventuelles conséquences, notamment les pannes électroniques. Lorsque le chargeur est raccordé à la chaise Reflex, la commande se met en veille (toutes les fonctions sont alors suspendues).

    Après utilisation, raccordez la chaise au chargeur pour maintenir la charge de sa batterie. Rechargez la chaise au moins une fois par semaine.     1. Einführung 1.1. Einleitung Der höhenverstellbare Dusch- und Toilettenstuhl Reflex ist ein Hilfsmittel für die ergonomisch verantwortungsvolle Pflege und das Waschen von Patienten. Sowohl für den Patienten als auch für den Pfleger bietet der Stuhl optimalen Komfort. Der Reflex Stuhl kann in Kombination mit einem Behälter oder mit einer Toilette auch als Toilettenstuhl eingesetzt werden.

    2. Gebrauch 2.1. Inbetriebnahme Bevor Sie den Reflex Stuhl in Gebrauch nehmen, kontrollieren Sie, ob die Teile auf seite 82 vorhanden sind.
