Sitting down / standing up
• The carer moves the Reflex towards
the user's back, or the user is taken to
the Reflex with the aid of a support.
• The brakes on the Reflex must be ac-
tivated when transfers are carried out.
• The carer sets the correct seat height
for the user.
• The carer either removes the footrest
or folds them up.
• The carer opens the arm rests and
folds them up if necessary.
• The user can now sit down.
• Standing up involves the same se-
quence of actions in reverse.
Foldable/detachable footrests
• The footrest on the Reflex can be
removed from the frame simply by
pushing the locking lip upwards. The
footrest can then be pushed upwards
and removed from the frame. Repla-
cing the footrest involves the same
sequence of actions in reverse.
• If removal of the footrest is not
required, the carer can simply fold up
the footplate. When the user is seated
in the seat, the carer can place the
legs on the footplates after folding
them back into position.
• The height of the footrest is adjusta-
ble through 23 cm in 10 increments.
