    Lees deze daarom voor gebruik door. Gebruik • Voordat u met de Elexo XXL gaat werken, controleert u of deze niet meer aan de oplader aangesloten is. • Zorg ervoor dat bij cliëntentransfers de Elexo XXL altijd op de rem staat.

    2. Gebruik 2.1. Ingebruikname Voordat u de Elexo XXL in gebruik neemt, controleert u of de onderdelen van pagina 8 aanwezig zijn. Deze onderdelen kunnen worden vervangen bij schade door bevoegde personen. Deze onderdelen zijn de applied parts van de Elexo XXL. Deze onderdelen kunnen tijdens het gebruik van de Elexo XXL in contact komen met de gebruiker(s).

    • De Elexo XXL kan op de rem worden gezet door de blauwe dop (1) op het wiel , in te trappen (Zie figuur 2). • Om de Elexo XXL van de rem af te halen moet de lip (2) van het wiel naar beneden worden gedrukt.

  • Page 12: Armsteunen

    De armsteun dient niet te worden gebruikt als hefboom (bijv. bij het over een drempel manoeuvreren van de stoel) of als duw- / trekbeugel. Ook mag er niet op worden gezeten. Dit kan schade aan de Elexo XXL geven en / of gevaar opleveren.

    Omlaag bewegen • Het stoelgedeelte wordt omlaag bewogen door de bedieningsknop met de pijl omlaag in te drukken. Het zitframe van de Elexo XXL zal dan gelijkmatig dalen (Zie figuur 9). Figuur 9 Omlaag • U kunt de beweging op iedere gewenste hoogte laten stoppen door bewegen.

    De stoel is dan niet meer te gebruiken. • Sluit de lader aan op de Elexo XXL (Zie figuur 11). • Wanneer de lader aangesloten wordt op de Elexo XXL gaat de bediening in slaapstand (alle functies worden dan uitgeschakeld).

    Laad de batterijen op in een goed geventileerde droge ruimte. Zet de stoel na gebruik aan de lader voor behoud van de batterijen. Laad de stoel minimaal één maal per week op! Verwijder de overtollige zeepresten. PUR integraal schuimdelen met IMC coating worden bij voorkeur d.m.v. wrijven gereinigd en desinfecteert.

    The Elexo XXL can also be used as a toilet chair, in combination with a bedpan / bucket. The Elexo XXL comprises a base frame and chair component. The chair can be electrically, gradually adjusted in height, in relation to the base frame.

    2. Use 2.1. First use Before you use the Elexo XXL, you must check to ensure the components on page 30 are present. These components can be replaced by authorised individuals in the event of damage. These components are the applied parts of the Elexo XXL. These components may come into contact with the user(s) while the Elexo XXL is in use.

    • The brake can be applied on the Elexo XXL by pushing the blue cap (1) on the wheel downwards (See figure 2). • To take the Elexo XXL off the brake, the lip (2) on the wheel must be pushed downwards.

  • Page 34: Toilet Function

    • Once the client has taken a seat and the armrests are closed, the carer must move the Elexo XXL to the appropriate height. • Move the Elexo XXL, if necessary, upwards or downwards to achieve the right position. • The Elexo XXL can now be moved backwards over the toilet.

  • Page 35: Charging Batteries

    • Connect the charger to the Elexo XXL (See figure 11). • Once the charger is connected to the Elexo XXL, the controls will go into ‘sleep’ setting (all functions are switched off). Make sure that you push the plug into the correct position in the charging point.

    2. Utilisation 2.1. Mise en service Avant de mettre la chaise Elexo XXL en service, contrôlez si le matériel décrit sur page 50 est complet. Ces composants, s’ils présentent un défaut, peuvent être remplacés par du personnel compétent. Ces composants sont des parties de l’Elexo XXL qui sont en contact physique avec le client.

    3. Fonctionnement 3.1. Frein de roue • La chaise Elexo XXL peut être freinée en enfonçant du pied le bouchon bleu (1) de la roue (Cf. figure 2). • Pour déverrouiller le frein de la chaise Elexo XXL, enfoncez du pied la languette (2) de la roue 3.2.

    2.2. Aktivieren Bevor Sie den Elexo XXL benutzen können, muss dieser aktivert werden, indem ein belie- biger Knopf an der Handbedienung 2 Sekunden lang gedrückt wird (Siehe Abbildung 1). 2.3. Arbeiten mit dem Elexo XXL Stuhl Schritt 1 Entfernen Sie den Elexo XXL Stuhl bei Bedarf vom Lader.

    • Der Elexo XXL Stuhl kann gebremst werden, indem der blaue Stopfen (1) an der Rolle eingedrückt wird. (Siehe Abbildung 2). • Um die Bremsen des Elexo XXL Stuhls zu lösen, muss die Lippe Abbildung 2 Schwenkrolle. (2) der Rolle nach unten gedrückt werden.

    Die Armlehne darf nicht als Hebebaum benutzt werden (z.B. beim Überqueren einer Schwelle mit dem Stuhl) oder zum Ziehen / Schieben des Stuhls. Außerdem darf man sich nicht darauf setzen. Dies kann den Elexo XXL Stuhl beschädigen und / oder Gefahren verursachen.

    • Nachdem die Person Platz genommen hat und die Armlehnen geschlossen wurden, bringt der Pfleger den Elexo XXL Stuhl auf die richtige Höhe. • Bewegen Sie den Elexo XXL Stuhl bei Bedarf nach oben oder unten, um die richtige Position zu erreichen.

    Der Stuhl ist dann nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. • Schließen Sie den Lader an den Elexo XXL Stuhl an (Siehe Abbildung 11). • Wenn der Lader an den Elexo XXL Stuhl angeschlossen wird, geht die Bedienung in den Schlafstand (alle Funktionen werden dann ausgeschaltet).
