Armrests
• If the user is seated on the Reflex,
the armrests with front barrier can
be folded down and then positioned
appropriately for the user.
• The armrests with front barrier are
secured in the horizontal position.
• The armrests can be unlocked by
pressing the safety catch at the hinge
point in the frame (see illustration), after which the armrest can be turned away by the
user and folded upwards.
• Always protect the user when moving the armrests up or down.
• The armrests can also be used as supports when sitting down and standing up. Take
account of the fact that the armrests are not locked in all directions of rotation.
• Straight armrests are available as options for the Reflex (option 02,5650).
Note: When lowering the armrests into place, take care not to get fingers trapped
in the hinge.
