HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM FOR THE ASCEND X3
TREADMILL

please follow the steps below to initiate a warranty claim:
Step 1: Gather Necessary Information
• Proof of Purchase: Make sure you have a copy of your purchase receipt or invoice. This will help us
verify the purchase date and determine warranty eligibility.
• Product Details: Note down the SKU (WWP-Natural-01) and the barcode number (616054940683)
of your treadmill.
Step 2: Document the Issue
For external imperfections:
1. Take clear, well-lit photographs of the damaged part of the treadmill.
2. If the shipping box in which the treadmill arrived is damaged, please photograph each side of the
