FITNESS ASSESSMENT TEST
BODY FAT TEST:
• Press the MODE key to reach F-5, where "---" is displayed, indicating the Body Mass Index (BMI)
function.
• Place your hands on the heartbeat sensors, and your body fat value will be displayed within 8 seconds.
INTERPRETING RESULTS:
• Ideal BMI falls between 20 and 25. Body fat levels below 19, within 20-25, between 26-29, and exceed-
ing 30 indicate being underweight, having an ideal weight, being overweight, or obese, respectively.
Please note that this data is for reference purposes only and should not be considered as medical data.
This data also does not take into account body build, muscle mass and other important factors.
