ERROR CODES
Troubleshoot steps
• Begin by inspecting if the overload protector is activated;
if so, reset it.
• Examine the power cord connections, ensuring secure
connections between the power switch, overload protector,
and driver.
• Check for a secure connection between the electronic
display and the driver. Remove the upright post and inspect
each section of the connecting cable from the electronic
display to the driver to confirm that every wire core is
securely connected. If the communication power cord is
damaged or broken, it should be reconnected or replaced
as necessary.
• First, check if there is a blockage in the communication
between the electronic display and the driver. Inspect each
section of the connection between the electronic display
and the driver's communication line to ensure that every
wire core is securely connected. Examine the connection
line between the electronic display and the driver for any
signs of damage, and if found, replace the communication
connection line.
• If the communication line on the electronic display is found
to be faulty or its components are damaged, it's advisable
to replace the entire electronic display.
• In case of a driver signal line failure, the most effective
solution is to replace the driver unit.
• Verify that the motor's electrical connection is secure. If
not, reconnect the motor line. If the issue persists, consider
replacing the motor.
• Examine the controller for any unusual smells, and check if
the Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) is damaged or
short-circuited. If any issues are found, it's recommended
to replace the driver.
• Ensure that the power supply voltage is at or above 50% of
the normal voltage. Use the appropriate voltage specifica-
tions and retest the treadmill.
