ERROR CODES
Troubleshoot steps
• If "E03" appears 5-8 seconds after the motor starts
running, it means that the speed sensor signal isn't being
detected. Inspect whether the sensor plug is properly
connected, or if the magnetic sensor is broken or damaged.
Reconnect the plug or replace the magnetic sensor as
needed.
• In the event of an abnormal sensor signal line on the lower
control, it's recommended to replace the driver unit.
• Begin by checking whether the signal wire of the lifting
motor is correctly connected. You can unplug and plug the
signal wire connector to ensure a reliable connection.
• Examine the AC line of the lifting motor to confirm that it's
properly connected. Ensure that the AC line of the lifting
motor matches the mark on the controller.
• Inspect the connecting wire of the motor for any damage
or open connections. If any issues are found, replace the
connecting wire or the lifting motor.
• If the problem persists, consider replacing the driver unit.
• You can also try relearning the lift function by pressing the
learning key on the driver after conducting all the checks.
• Overcurrent protection can be triggered if the current
exceeds the rated load. In such cases, the system initiates
self-protection and can be restarted.
• If a specific part of the treadmill is stuck, preventing the
motor from turning and causing excessive load and current,
the system initiates self-preservation. You can either adjust
the treadmill to restart its operation or consider applying
additional lubricating oil to reduce friction.
• While the motor is running, check for any unusual
overcurrent sounds or a burning smell. If detected, it may
be necessary to replace the motor.
• Similarly, inspect the driver for any signs of a burning smell.
If present, it's advisable to replace the driver.
