3 To change the temperature, press Temp
and turn the Multi-function Selector to
set the desired temperature.

Press Next/Start. The combi steam
oven will start.
Note
1) During cooking, cook time and temperature are available to change the setting.
2) In Oven Mode settings, the convection heater and top and bottom heating elements switch off
and on throughout cooking to regulate the temperature.
Skip Preheating
If you start cooking in the Oven Mode, you might see 'Preheating' in the display. You can skip
the preheating by pressing the Next/Start and then turn the Multi-function Selector to choose
'No'. Press the Next/Start again to confi rm. The combi steam oven will now skip the preheating
('preheating' will dissappear in the display).
